Question 1

Why a minimum of 10 units?

Accepted Answer

A batch of ten fills one production run and one vessel booking. Below that, tooling and freight overhead would push the unit price past what the product deserves.

Question 2

How long until my units arrive?

Accepted Answer

70–90 days door-to-door is typical: 45 days on the line, 25–40 at sea, then roughly two days of crane time per unit on site.

Question 3

How do the capsules ship?

Accepted Answer

One unit rides a single 40-foot flat rack out of Nansha port. Choose FOB Foshan or door-delivered DDP; either way we run the export paperwork, sea freight, and customs coordination.

Question 4

What does the site need, and will it pass local codes?

Accepted Answer

Site prep is light: ground screws or small concrete pads, a power feed, water and waste connections, and crane access on delivery day. No slab, no wet trades. Units ship with CE certification and optional UL/ETL or AS/NZS packages plus stamped structural calculations; most jurisdictions class them as relocatable structures, final approval is always local, and our engineering team supports your permit filings.

Question 5

What is the warranty?

Accepted Answer

Ten years on the shell and structure, two years on systems and appliances, with a spare-parts kit shipped in every tenth unit and lifetime remote support.

Question 6

How much can we customize?

Accepted Answer

Layout, cladding color, glazing tint, and interior finish are configurable per batch: oak veneer, wool-felt acoustics, and appliance packages are chosen before your line slot opens. Because every unit in a run is identical, choices are locked once at order rather than unit by unit.

Question 7

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

A 30% deposit secures your production slot; the balance is due before the batch leaves port. We accept telegraphic transfer (T/T) and letters of credit (L/C), with the contract and proforma invoice issued once drawings are signed off.

Question 8

Can a capsule run off-grid?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every roof ships solar-ready, the heat-pump and lighting run on low-draw circuits, and optional battery, rainwater, and greywater packages let a unit stand alone. Off-grid specification is set at order so the wiring and mounts arrive ready.
